What you will be doing

As a People & Culture Intern, you’ll have the chance to work on HR consulting projects for clients. At the same time, you will be involved in internal needs and projects, where you will understand what needs to be done in the background for our dynamic team to shine.

This is a hands-on internship designed to help you understand how people-related initiatives work in practice.

✅ What you’ll be involved in

​

You will gradually get involved in:

• Supporting projects for clients (e.g., engagement initiatives, rewards plans, talent acquisition, internal communications)

• Preparing presentations, communications, and simple action plans 

• Contributing to internal projects and content 

• Researching HR best practices and trends across industries 

• Helping turn insights into practical recommendations and actions for clients 

 

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. Curiosity and willingness to learn matter more.

During this internship, you will:

• See how HR initiatives are designed, communicated, and implemented

• Learn how people, culture, and communication come together in consulting projects

• Receive feedback and support to build confidence and skills

• Gradually take ownership of tasks and projects as you grow

 

For us, learning is not separate from doing.

By the end of the internship, you’ll have a clear picture of what People Consulting looks like in practice and whether this path fits you.

About you

​

🤔 Are you in the final year of your studies in HR Management, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management Science and Technology, or a related field?

🤔 Are you curious about people and how organizations work?

🤔 Do you bring a growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills?

🤔 Are you comfortable asking questions and trying things out?

🤔 Are you fluent in Greek and English?
