Across three in-person, highly interactive sessions on Understanding the Organization, Strategic Storytelling, and the Communication Operating System, participants will work hands-on with proven models, real organizational cases, and gamified exercises that turn theory into usable skills.

This session builds a clear picture of how the organization functions as a communication ecosystem. Participants learn to map audiences, stakeholders, culture, and key moments of truth, and to establish meaningful listening practices that inform better decisions and stronger alignment.

Strategic Storytelling
By the end of the session participants will be able to:

Communication Operating System
By the end of the session participants will be able to:
