I don’t have an HR or Marketing department. Will this still work?
Absolutely. Many of our SME clients come to us with no HR or Marketing function in place. We work with them to set it up from scratch, and either manage it fractionally for you or hand it over to your team once it’s ready.
Can you work with my junior team member who’s handling HR/Marketing?
Yes. That’s actually one of our most common requests. We design the strategy, create the processes, and then train your junior team member so they can run things with confidence.
