A practical program that shifts managers from AI-curious to AI-confident: in how they communicate, decide, and lead.

Across three in-person, highly interactive sessions on GenAI Foundations & Prompting, AI in People Management, and Use Cases, participants will work on prompting as a core professional skill, human-centered leadership, and ready-to-use AI applications for their team.

Module 1   Foundations & Prompting

This session builds a clear framework on how GenAI is reshaping the workplace, your managers' role in it, and how to develop a core professional skill: prompting. Participants will learn how to use both individual and team AI tools effectively.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

 

  • Understand how AI is changing the workflows and daily tasks

  • Define your role's new scope

  • Prompt AI tools with clarity and frameworks
