We believe that no two employees are the same and the employee experience shouldn’t be either. Just like superheroes, everyone brings different strengths, needs, motivations, and expectations to the workplace. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

That belief shaped our second webinar: “Personalised Employee Experience: From Perks and Rewards to Tailored Communication.”

The session focused on what truly matters in today’s world of work: personalisation, real engagement, and helping people feel seen, heard, and supported, not as a trend, but as a necessity.

Moving Beyond One-Size-Fits-All

During the discussion, we explored how organisations can rethink the employee experience by moving away from generic solutions and towards approaches that reflect the diversity of their people. From flexible benefits that actually work across generations to tailored communication strategies that build genuine connection, the conversation challenged traditional HR thinking and invited a more human-centred approach. ✨

We were joined by Maria Pantazi from Grant Thornton Greece and Argiro Katheri from DO+ at work – by Doctoranytime, who shared practical insights, real-life examples, and fresh perspectives on what employees truly need in 2025 and beyond.

Less Lecture, More Conversation

One thing we care deeply about is how our webinars feel. We want them to be less like lectures and more like conversations, spaces where ideas are exchanged openly and learning feels natural. 💬🧠

Judging by the messages and emails we received afterward, that’s exactly how this session came across. 🙌Participants highlighted the energy, practicality, clarity, and well-founded views as what made the webinar both enjoyable and genuinely useful.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined, shared feedback, and contributed to the discussion, as well as to our speakers for bringing their expertise and enthusiasm to the session. 💌
