Introducing our Resilient Managers Program: a series of 3 experiential learning modules (3h each), where people managers will practice the exact skills they need most: stress management, handling hard conversations, and leading change.

These skills are also flagged by the World Economic Forum (WEF Future of Jobs) as the core skills for the future workplace in order to safeguard the competitive advantage of companies and individuals against shifting business models and tech advances .

Practical, science-backed tools to manage your energy and lead teams without burning out. You’ll learn what triggers stress, how to stop it from spreading through your team, and simple routines you can use every day.

Module 1
Coping with
Stress

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

 

  • Recognize common stress signals in themselves and their teams.

  • Apply evidence-based techniques to reduce stress and restore focus.

  • Build routines that sustain performance and create resilience.

Learning Outcomes

A hands-on session that teaches a structured approach to preparing and running high-stakes conversations such as performance, conduct, or misalignment, while preserving trust.

Module 2
The Art of Tough
Conversations

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

 

  • Prepare difficult conversations with a clear purpose and desired outcome.

  • Create & maintain psychological safety during difficult conversations.

  • Use active-listening techniques to keep dialogue productive.

  • Agree on next steps that drive accountability.

An interactive session that helps managers lead teams through transition.

Recognize own and others' common reactions towards change, and use practical tools to make the best out of the transition.

Module 3
Embracing
Change

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

 

  • Explain common reactions to change and the typical patterns teams follow during transitions.

  • Identify where individuals and teams sit on these patterns using observable cues.

  • Implement techniques for people to embrace change.
