Program Registration

Registration is for the full Resilient Managers Program (all 3 modules). Individual modules cannot be purchased separately.

Payment Schedule & Confirmation

• Total fee per participant: €600.

• To secure a seat: €200  deposit on registration (one invoice). Registration is confirmed once the deposit invoice is issued and payment is received.

• Balance payable by 31 October (second invoice).

• Invoices are issued to the billing contact provided at registration.

• Prices do not include VAT (VAT is applied where applicable).

Group Discount
For bookings of two or more participants from the same company, a 20% discount applies to the fee for the second and each subsequent participant. Discount is applied to total fee per participant and reflected on balance invoice.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Full refunds (any amounts paid) are available for cancellations received on or before 30 September.

• Cancellations received after 30 September are non-refundable.

Substitution Policy
If a registered participant cannot attend after the cancellation period, the registering company may substitute another attendee in their place at no extra charge (provided Brave Owl is notified in writing prior to the start of the program).

Minimum & Delivery

Brave Owl reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort if minimum participant numbers are not reached. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort. Delivery language, venue and exact schedule will be confirmed at least 14 days before the start date.

Materials & Intellectual Property

Course materials are provided for participant use only. All training materials, slide decks, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of Brave Owl and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

Recording & Photography

Sessions may be photographed or recorded for Brave Owl’s internal use and marketing. Participants who do not consent should notify Brave Owl in writing prior to the program start.

Liability & Force Majeure

Brave Owl is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, Brave Owl will reschedule where possible or offer refunds.

Data & Privacy

Participant personal data collected for program administration will be processed in accordance with Brave Owl’s Privacy Policy and used only for program delivery, assessment and follow-up communications.
